When you take part, we collect the information you give us — your name, email address, and one photograph you choose to upload — plus standard technical data (IP address, device/browser, and marketing identifiers such as advertising cookies) used to deliver and measure our service.
Your photo is (1) screened automatically for safety by Sightengine, a third-party content-moderation service — your photo is transmitted to their servers in the United States solely for this automated check — and (2) used to prepare your personal Aura Restoration Reading on this site. That is all.
Your photo is permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of upload — whether or not you purchase anything. Your delivered materials never contain your photo.
What we keep instead: a short, non-identifying color profile derived from the photo (a handful of hue and brightness values). It cannot be used to reconstruct your photo or identify you, and it is what powers your reading and the color rendering on your access hub.
What we never do: we never sell, share, or publish your photo; never use it to train AI models; never use it for advertising.
Deletion requests: email [email protected] and we will confirm removal of your photo (if still within the 24-hour window) and your color profile.
To create and deliver your personalized readings; to send you the emails you opted into; to process purchases (via ClickBank) and provide support; to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers who help us operate: our email platform (AWeber), our payment retailer (ClickBank), analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta), our AI report provider (Anthropic), and our photo moderation provider (Sightengine), each only as needed to provide the service. They are bound to protect your data.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message; you can opt out at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We honor applicable GDPR/CCPA rights.
We use first-party cookies to run the funnel (e.g. to remember your session) and third-party cookies for advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Your photo is retained at most 24 hours (see above); other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protected with reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
